Orders that have not yet been shipped (usually orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt) may be cancelled by notifying us by email at paddy@paddystoolstore.ie with the subject 'Order Cancellation Request' in the subject field. You must include a  valid order number with this request. We will endeavour to cancel the order provided it has not yet been dispatched.

Returns Policy
 
Our aim is to supply with defect free products to a high quality standard. However if you are not happy with the product or it did not meet your expectations then you must bring the issue to our attention within 7 days of the product being delivered to you by e-mailing us at Paddy@Paddystoolstore.ie with a subject title of "Product Return" in the subject field. You must include a  valid order number with this request. 
 
If we can accept the product back you will be issued with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorisation) Number. Only goods with a valid RMA number will be accepted back.  All Goods must be returned to the address we specify on the RMA within 10 working Days of the goods being delivered to you.

All returned product must be in its original packaging, in full working order and be in resalable condition as assessed by us.  You must cover the full cost of any returns except in the event of goods being deemed faulty or damaged. Unwanted goods will incurr a stock return charge of 15% of the total product value to a minimum value of €15.
